I Fought The Law…

Posted: October 3, 2012 in HSU Saga

In breaking news, WixxyLeaks has been reliably informed that Michael Williamson is to be charged tomorrow morning in connection with the Health Services Union scandal.

Details are not clear as to what charges Williamson will face, but he has reportedly been told to report to Maroubra Police Station by 8am tomorrow for formal charges to be laid.

Although it has not been confirmed what the charges are to be in connection with, my suspicions are that it will be regarding the CANME Services, a company owned by Michael Williamson’s wife Julieanne. CANME were contracted by the HSU for data storage, and it seems to be the thing most asked about by the boys with the detective badges.

I will bring further news on this story as it develops.

In the meantime, Victoria Police are still in the process of their investigation into Kathy Jackson, and her alleged corrupt practices during her time as Secretary of the troubled union.

Nominations closed last Friday for the upcoming elections for Secretary, and Assistant Secretary of the various branches that make up the union. With factional forces allegedly still heavily in play from the Jackson side, it will be interesting to see how things develop, particularly in Victoria where there are still enormous legal bills to pay after Jeff Jacksons internal row with Pauline Fegan. Whoever inherits the number 1 and number 3 branch will have their work cut out for them.

Meanwhile, the auction of the Jackson property was a failure, so the property is back on the market for $2.1 Million, tough life in the union… Details on whether the pool pump was an issue are unclear, and speculation that the attic had received a thorough clean can be put down to idle gossip.

WixxyLeaks expects that we will see Kathy Jackson in front of any camera she can find tomorrow to tell us all that she has been shown to be correct and is vindicated of any wrong doing due to the Williamson charges. Nothing could be further from the truth.

It is worth noting that Kathy Jackson has never provided any information on CANME Services, nor shown any knowledge on the subject. If Jackson tries to claim to be a whistleblower on this subject, then she is blowing nothing but hot air out of her you know what.

However, the CANME Services matter bears many similarities to both the Neranto Number 10 and the K. Koukouvaos Consulting   scandals that Kathy is embroiled in. There is however, a major difference though, Julieanne Williamson was never an employee of HSU, with Neranto and Koukouvaos Consulting, both Kathy and Jeff Jackson were not only employee’s they were Secretary’s.

Watch this space.

  1. Marilyn says:

Good, can’t say I have a jot of sympathy for Williamson and his spiv. behaviour.

  2. Fascinating; waiting with interest.

  3. Catching up says:

Many in the HSU will be glad.

Still no charges against Mr. Thomson by any agency of police. Does he have any connection to those concerning Williams.

  4. Marilyn says:

No catching up, if you had kept up you would know that Thomson was not investigated by Temby.

  5. Lizzie says:

Temby is about the only person not investigating Thomson………but then Mr Temby based his investigation on SMH/Kate McClymont articles. Other than that he showed not interest, including documented allegations against Kathy Jackson or Vic 1 and 3 – biased? Lets not overlook he happily advertised his son’s exhibitions in the HSU offices, I think that is called nepotism? Check out his son’s work: CUPCO! THE SLIMY ROOTS OF ALL EVIL!
    Pretty normal?

  6. rubbergoods says:

The HSU reminds me of this

  7. deknarf says:

About bloody time! And, whatever happened to Craig Thomson? And, when will they be charging Kathy Jackson?

  8. PatC. says:

Lizzie : if Temby based his investigations on McClymont then his report can be binned. If you read her piece today (well over 12 hours after Wixxy) she has declared Williamson guilty.
The Herald has been as fevered as other media outlets in reporting on the mindless Facebook pages etc that sprung up after the tragic Melbourne murder and pointing out what subjudice means. McClymont apparently is ignorant to the concept yet she is labelled ‘senior reporter’.

  9. bposters says:

McClymont declares today that the charged person is already guilty in her late reporting of this in the Sydney Morning Herald. Has she ever heard of the concept of subjudice?

  10. bposters says:

McClymont has finally inserted ‘alleged’ into her claims. Or perhaps a more sharp eyed editor did.
This is disgraceful for a major newspaper. How can anything they print be trusted when they make such glaring mistakes.
How can a journalist who should know better be allowed even near such s delicate matter when they make such clangers?

  11. Marilyn says:

Yes well McClymont has never heard the term innocent until proven guilty.

  12. Marilyn says:

She couldn’t resist throwing in claims that Craig Thomson did something even though nothing has ever been shown.
